Gregoth offers a full 7 day return (valid from the time your watch is delivered to you) but there are some terms and condition that you should follow if you want to return!

1. Your watch should be in proper original packaging (and the label shouldn't be teared)

2. The watch shouldn't be used

3. The watch will only return if it's not functioning properly or you have not get a watch or you have got a completely different product 

4. Some customers might get a different wheel so It wouldn't be a reason to return

1. DM as on@gregot.in on Instagram and send the message " return " and describe us Your problem 

2. The watch will only returned if it follows all the terms and condition

3. Once we approve your return you will give us Your upi ID 

4. Our delivery partner will come to pick your product within one day and whenever we will receive the product we will check , and refund full amount in your upi ID or bank account this process may take 2 to 3 days

5. A nominal charge will be charged for return which is ₹60 Only
